Pilgrim Firs has a variety of housing and meeting space options for your use.
Madson Lodge contains the main dining hall and several meeting spaces. The dining hall holds between 100 and 130 participants for meals depending on configuration. The Yoke Room, sometimes referred to as the Fireside Room overlooks Lake Flora and can accommodate up to 80 guests, The Art Room can hold up to 30 participants for an art project or can function as a meeting space for up to 45 guests. The Lake Room, also known as the Conference room or Library, also looks over the lake and holds 10 to 15 participants for small gatherings. The indoor chapel and meditation space can hold 10 to 12 guests. It looks over the corral to the north, lake to the west and looks in on the art room. Madson Lodge gallery here
There are 11 cedar cabins nestled in the woods far enough from the lodges and each other for privacy. They have full bathrooms and electric heat. The carpeted bedrooms have twin beds that accommodate up to 4 guests per room. Eight of the cabins have 8 beds and 2 baths, while three cabins have 6 beds, 1 bath and a kitchenette. South Lodge is located on a slope above the southern end of Lake Flora, about 1000 feet from the main lodge. Two walls of windows frame views of the lake and woods. It has three rooms of 4 beds and 9 rooms with 2 beds for a total of 30 beds. There is a main meeting area that can hold up to 80 persons, a small balcony that seats 10 to 15 comfortably, and a sunken fireplace and conversation pit that is often the center gathering area of a retreat. Huckleberry House Lodge is located on a wooded slope overlooking the play field facing east. A large deck and meeting room with it's window wall makes this the perfect place to enjoy the morning sun. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms will accommodate up to 16 overnight guests. The meeting room, kitchen and half bath will handle up to 28 guests.
