wonderful ministry that it is today.
For those wishing to help out , following is a list of ways you can donate to Pilgrim Firs.
Consider coming to Work Camp Memorial Day Weekend. Your time painting buildings, cleaning
up the trails, stacking firewood etc. will be rewarded by time spent at camp with friends old and
new, great meals put together by the Food Service Staff and intergenerational or individual
activities For more information, contact us. You may register online, or through the camp
brochure. Space is limited for this popular camp, so don't delay.
Personal Work Retreat
We may have projects to be done that do not happen within the time frame of Work Camp. If you
have skills ithat you think might fit our needs, please contact us to so we can discuss it.
Eagle Scout Projects
Want to earn your Eagle Scout Badge by doing a special project, contact us to discuss what we
may need that could qualify.
Donations can be made in a variety of areas at Pilgrim Firs, such as:
Canoe Fund - to buy new canoes and keep the older ones in good repair
Bench Fund - to build new benches in various places around the camp.
You can even help us pick the place for the new bench
Staff Training - to help us keep up to date on new techniques and technology
Summer Camp Staff Training and supplies - to help the summer camp staff be even better
Web site Maintenance and Improvement
Fireplace upgrades - Many of the fireplaces are unusable due to age and condition. We plan to
upgrade them as financing becomes available throught donations.
Pilgrim Firs Discretionary Fund to be used as needed for current projects
