Food Service
Nutritious and healthy menus are developed by our food Service staff.
Special diets and other requests will gladly be accommodated with advance
notice.
Our meals are served buffet style in the dining hall at Madson Lodge.
Typical meal times are 8AM breakfast, 12 Noon lunch and 6PM dinner, On
Fridays, dinner is generally served at 7PM to allow for later arrival times. Meal
times may be negotiated based on group needs with the agreement of other
groups on site.
We pride ourselves on our "on-time" service, so don't be late!
