Food Service Cook/Housekeeper

Duties Include:

•         Preparing food in a timely manner.
•         Following company standards for recipe preparation, presentation, and quality for all menu items
•         Following company procedures for proper opening and closing of facility
•         Assist management team in preparation and operation of all kitchen areas
•         Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas and equipment
•         Adhering to all sanitation and safety standards
•         Perform other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Team Supervisors

Qualifications:

•         Must be at least 15 years of age
•         Cooking experience helpful but not necessary
•         Must be Food Safety Certified by the Health Department
•         Must be able to do physical work and perform heavy lifting
•         Must have steady transportation
•         Must work well in a team
•         Must meet company grooming standards as indicated by the site manager
•         Must be able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

Working Conditions:

•         Able to work in all weather conditions
•         Able to tolerate hot and cold temperatures
•         Able to work in kitchen-safe clothing
•         Able to stand for long periods of time
•         Able to work long shifts on weekends and holidays

Housekeeper Job Description

Job Description: The Housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cabins and
Lodges. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate
weight. This is a fast paced position. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to
guests preferred.

      Qualifications

General knowledge of housekeeping.  Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and must
be able motivated to complete assigned tasks.  Ability to operate all required equipment.

Housekeeping experience preferred. Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
      Responsibilities
      *Clean all bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common
areas.
*Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors.
*Spot clean walls and windows.
*Dust furniture and empty trashcans.
*Clean baseboards, pictures, lights, heating units.
*Honor any additional housekeeping request made by the guests during their stay.
*Assist with picking up trash as needed.
*Assist with activity room set-ups as needed, will require movement of furniture.
*Report any pertinent information to management directly related to the well being of the guests.
*Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary.
*Additionally, perform any duty requested by Management to ensure efficient and effective operation.
